Are you a knowledgeable and motivated early career Health and Safety professional wishing to take that next step towards your career goals?

Pick Everard are looking for an ambitious Health and Safety Construction Consultant to join our practice on our unique journey. You will support us with our mission to provide dynamic Health and Safety services across the wider northern region, as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will work with our multi-disciplinary design teams to eliminate, reduce or manage design H&S risks for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring projects comply with CDM 2015 and may be required to carry out site audit visits to complete H&S inspections reporting back to our clients.

You’ll become part of a business with an excellent reputation in the industry for client care and quality, with a diverse range of industry experts for you to collaborate with and learn from. About You

Our ideal Health and Safety Consultant must have:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
  • Practical experience in providing dedicated CDM / H&S advisor services
  • Experience in either construction site safety or design (Architecture, Engineering, Surveying etc.)
  • NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety preferred (or equivalent)
It would be nice for you to have:
  • Professional qualification in a construction, engineering, building surveying or building services discipline
  • Recognised membership of a proven Health & Safety organisation
  • An excellent self-motivated, friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic attitude
  • A passion for Health and Safety with a desire to learn and progress
