We are looking to appoint a new Coordinator who will assist with delivering and continually developing our safety systems. Working with the Safety Systems Lead, you will collaborate with the teams across the business to understand their needs, helping to align the systems wherever possible in respect of data to establish some real user friendly solutions.
You’ll work with the health and safety data we obtain through the systems to ensure that it’s not only current, accurate and stored safely but can also provide the detail to contribute towards high-quality reports relating to health and safety compliance.
You will assist the Safety Systems Lead to work with colleagues to help collect and manage data, developing and maintaining systems and procedures to support this.
About you
You will already be working as a Coordinator or have held a pivotal role in a strong admin team. One of your strengths will be your IT skills and you’ll be naturally organised, have an eye for detail and able to work within deadlines.
You’ll be great with a system and will feel confident in your ability to manage data. You’ll have a background in data management and may have previously used the SHE Assure system.
You’ll love building working relationships as you’ll understand how mutually supportive that can be and you’ll be confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.
Travel will be required for the role so you’ll have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and will be happy to arrange travel. It will be ideal if you are based in Somerset, Wiltshire or Hampshire or close by to support the required travel.
