More about the role

The role of a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor is to provide support in the management of the HSE within DFM.

You will be expected to support several contracts and site locations which will involve you carrying out site inspections, risk assessments, briefings, training and audits.

You will be responsible for staying up to date with the latest legislation surrounding HSE and ensuring Derwent FM are doing everything they can to be compliant. As part of your role, you will look at ways to improve the HSE and will be proactive in implementing any new ideas you may have which could improve the way DFM operate.

As part of your role, you will have a car allowance which will allow you to travel to each of our sites across the South Region at least once a month.

More about you

The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role, you will have sound knowledge on HSE regulations and have experience working in the property or construction industry performing a similar role.

It is essential as part of this role you have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to be able to carry out site visits.

You will be a great communicator and will be able to engage with a range of colleagues across the business. You will have a great eye for detail which will allow you to carry out successful site inspections and audits.
