How would you like to join the Inspire North Group as a Housing, Health & Safety Manager!

Your role will oversee the management of housing across the organisation including regulated activity sites and dispersed accommodation. Working closely with Operations to ensure all properties are safe, compliant and well-maintained, meeting all statutory and regulatory housing requirements.

This will include managing contractors, procurement and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and responsive repairs

If you have/are you…:

  • Membership of BIFH or CIH
  • Experience of facilities management, or Health and Safety management, service or maintenance contract management etc
  • Proven track record of partnership working with colleagues, contractors and suppliers
  • The ability to prioritise and manage time to meet building user requirements
