Duties: –

  • Recruitment – assisting myself with recruitment for various positions, including; Positing Job Adverts, Reviewing C.V.’s/applications, Making initial phone calls, Interviewing, Inductionsetc.
  • Admin – associated with both roles, e.g; Recording employee HR contract and training information, plus assisting with all related matters, including disciplinary and grievance related matters. Aid and assist Health and Safety Officer with the administration of training packages to new and existing employees, Administration of company Safety Management System, giving proactive feedback to the Health and Safety Officer, Aid and assist with regulatory compliance certification, Act as a point of contact for employees, contractors and Resort Guests, Assist the Safety Officer with regular premises inspections and audits to ensure good working practice.

Hours:

  • FULL-TIME preferable, generally a Monday to Friday role (although, at times, you may be required outside of those times, particularly if needing to see/meet with employees who work outside of those times).
  • As a full-time employee you would generally be expected to work 5 days of the week.
  • We would expect you to average 40-43 hours per week.

Person Specification:

  • Preferably a candidate with some form of HR and/or Health & Safety professional qualification and/or relevant experience.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft resources, such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Someone who has excellent communication skills, both face-to-face, and on the telephone.
  • Must have a strong level of skill in terms of writing/typing skills (e.g. a strong command of the English Language).
  • Someone who is patient, calm, considered and willing to listen.
  • Someone who can multitask, and work well and calmly under pressure, as working days will not always go to plan.
