Job Description
- Implement and manage HSE systems and policies.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with all relevant HSE legislation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits with the field service engineers.
- Develop and conduct HSE training sessions for employees.
- Investigate any HSE incidents and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain and update HSE documentation and reports.
- Liaise with external HSE agencies and bodies.
- Promote a positive HSE culture within the company.
The Successful Applicant
A successful QHSE Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field would be beneficial.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
- NEBOSH qualification
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and standards.
- Experienced managing quality standards.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting systems.
