Job Description

  • Implement and manage HSE systems and policies.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with all relevant HSE legislation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits with the field service engineers.
  • Develop and conduct HSE training sessions for employees.
  • Investigate any HSE incidents and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintain and update HSE documentation and reports.
  • Liaise with external HSE agencies and bodies.
  • Promote a positive HSE culture within the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QHSE Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
  • NEBOSH qualification
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and standards.
  • Experienced managing quality standards.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting systems.
