We are looking to recruit a QHSE Engineer to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in H&S, Environmental and Quality management.


  • Develop and promote internal QHSE processes and policies and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Ensure our Company is compliant with all ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 18001). Support in the preparation and implementation of our integration to 45001.
  • Work with our external consultants to monitor and review standards in preparation for any annual audits.
  • Help with the completion of client questionnaires and PQQs.
  • Inform, update and escalate areas of concern to line managers.
  • Advise, help and rectify any Health & Safety issues by completing regular risk assessments
  • Lead and champion Labour Standards, including providing awareness training to new and existing employees.
  • Train new and existing employees on H&S standards.
  • Advise on practical implementation of safe systems of work and environmental management plans.
  • Investigate and report on all accidents, incidents and near misses and implement remedial actions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure that QHSE targets and objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure that all QHSE records are held and maintained centrally to comply with legal requirements.
  • Service of shop product, FARO Arm work and Site Measurements.
  • Calibration of Measurement Equipment
  • Investigate customer complaints providing customer ready reports and implementing any corrective actions.
  • Additional duties/projects as required.


  • Managing a cross-functional team of Quality Technicians
  • QMS management, development, and implementation
  • Implementation of new RCA investigation, corrective action and internal audit process
  • Root cause analysis and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • ISO9001 internal auditing
  • H&S Management (IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent)
  • Experiencing in writing & implementing QSHE codes, policies and procedures
  • Proven people management, change management and engagement experience
  • Experience of working to and achieving targets
  • Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Confident, excellent communicator with the ability to demonstrate multi-tasking
  • Good understanding of quality processes, standards and improvement techniques.
