- Supporting with internal and external audits/investigations
- Hosting monthly SHE meetings with operatives and process leaders
- Supporting and advising cell with SHE issues as required and with continuous improvement
- Deputising for the site SHE Manager when required
- NEBOSH Certificate or Equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety & working towards a Diploma
- Proven experience within a SHE/Operational function in a similar regulated field
- Experience of conducting accident and incident investigations
- Experience of managing teams
- Ability to Travel to other Munitions Sites (Washington – County Durham & Radway Green – Cheshire)
- Accredited member of IOSH
Desirable
- Internal Auditor Qualification
- Proven Experience in a Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Sector

You will have the ability to work with others, coach and mentor teams and individuals and adapt to change when needed. The ability to manage your workload, prioritise and work under pressure will support you greatly in a busy working environment.
Salary: Circa £43,000 per annum
