Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust provide services from two main hospitals, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, and a number of clinics across London and the South-East.
About the role of Health Safety Risk Facilitator:
The post holder will provide practical support and facilitation to the Health Safety and Risk department across a wide range of governance and improvement activities. This will include supporting the department’s governance arrangements in accordance with the Risk Management Strategy, Health and Safety Policy, Fire Safety Policy, incident management processes, staff safety initiatives, quality improvement programmes, risk assessment process and other relevant governance requirements.
The post holder will develop and maintain relationships with staff from all areas to monitor and support the investigation of incidents affecting staff, completion of H&S risk assessments, the development of robust risk register and the completion of actions arising from these work streams.
The post holder will work closely with the Trust’s Health and Safety Officers and Fire Safety Advisors to support delivery of health and safety and risk management practices and support learning and improvement action.
