You will work with implementation and maintenance of Safe Systems of work and you will communicate directly with site personnel in regards to safety awareness and improvement of safety standards.

Responsibilities and tasks
As HSE Coordinator, you will be involved in various health, safety and environmental tasks.
It is your responsibility to ensure corrective actions and participate in management reviews for ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO45001. You will support the blade facility during internal and external audits according to the audit plan.
Together with our HSE colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring HSE related support and consultancy to the Site Production Team and other relevant stakeholders. This includes:
- Support Line Management in managing HSE incidents, both corrective and preventive actions
- To review, and revise when required, documents in support of the HSE Management System
- Carry out site inspections and audits.
- Identify HSE related legal requirements, annual assessment and permits
- Facilitate risk assessment on new processes
- Participate in Tool Box Talks and safety committee meetings
- Facilitate the safety culture at site (global/local initiatives)
- Identify and train in ergonomics solutions
- Ensure that Emergency Drills are held
- Prepare and ensure Quality Control on HSE documentation
- Provide coaching to personnel to raise HSE awareness and improve the HSE culture.
Furthermore, it is your responsibility to implement, monitor and maintain procedures for management of and approval of chemicals, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and procedures for waste management and handling.
Hands-on HSE experience and a strong communicator
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with HSE. We expect you to have at least 2 years of experience from an HSE role within a production environment 24/7. You must be proactive and safety-minded and be able to support the HSE Manager with new ideas, tools and procedures to enhance our current safety standards. As a person you are independent, proactive and action-oriented. Our dynamic environment calls for a flexible “can-do” mindset, and your workstyle must be structured since you will be handling many projects simultaneously.
Since you are to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, it is crucial that you communicate effectively in English.
