We have been engaged by a leading FM organisation searching for a HSEQ Director to . Within this role you would be expected to lead and manage a small team. The role will involve national travel and you will have the autonomy to manage your own diary. This role will suit candidates who have extensive experience in senior leadership positions and are comfortable in a corporate facilities management environment.
- Salary: £70k – 80k per year
The Role:
- Manage, develop and lead the Health and Safety team
- Develop and deliver H&S strategy, policy and procedure
- Overall responsibility for the H&S compliance of the organisation
- Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of certifications such as ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001
The Candidate:
- Hold a diploma level qualification such as the NEBOSH or NCRQ and ideally CMIOSH
- Ideally a facilities management/ property management background; Financial Services experience desirable
- Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders
- Extensive senior leadership experience essential
