Facilities, Health and Safety Manager
Salary: £39,075 – £42,122 per annum, depending on qualifications. Maximum job rate potential is £45,169 per annum which is performance related
Location: Based at our Norwich Head Office, but with travel across East Anglia
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week

Our Health and Safety Team are dedicated to supporting Break achieve its aims, whilst ensuring we take good care of everyone (from the people who rely on our services, to our Break colleagues and local communities) and we comply with our legal duties.
You will be part of a great team, have some wonderful and rewarding experiences and feel part of something that is really worthwhile.
About the role and you:
You will provide expertise, advice and support to Break in the areas of facilities, health and safety to ensure that Break does not breach its statutory duties and place the health and well-being of its employees at risk.
You will promote, develop and establish a positive safety culture within the organisation that it can meet its legal obligations in terms of health, safety and legal compliance.
You will develop an annual maintenance plan and oversee the maintenance service – to deliver a high quality, proactive and reactive service which meets the needs of Break.
We are seeking a candidate who is experienced in undertaking risk assessments, who is a people person, an excellent communicator, self-motivated, focused and highly organised.
