Job summary
Pinnacle Group in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Group Health, Safety and Technical Director to provide strategic leadership and governance across health, safety and technical compliance within a diverse national portfolio.
Reporting at Board level, you will advise the Board and Executive Leadership Team on operational risk, regulatory compliance, and assurance, ensuring robust governance and continuous improvement across housing, FM, projects and related sectors.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in engineering, construction, safety or related discipline.
- Experience operating within highly regulated environments and understanding Regulator of Social Housing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Group Health, Safety and Technical strategy and governance across the portfolio.
- Provide Board-level assurance on statutory health and safety obligations.
- Oversee risk management, compliance monitoring, audits and incident investigations.
- Embed safety culture and workforce engagement across operations.
- Lead external regulatory engagement and governance reviews.
