Today we bring you the full interview we conducted with Gareth Mullen at the HSE UK Congress. The discussion focused on mental health in the workplace and the increasingly prominent role it is playing top-line health and safety.
Gareth offers an interesting perspective on the role of mental health and wider wellbeing policies in a health and safety team. Gareth discovered more about the world of wellbeing in EHS in part by moving from a safety-based role to an occupational health team.
For more videos looking at mental health, the Network has also conducted interviews with Dr. Tim Marsh and Duncan Spencer from IOSH. These interviews cover various topics from wellbeing policies to the role of mental health first aiders in the workplace.
