Job role
As Group Health & Safety Manager, you will work across our UK sites and support the wider EMEA region, holding responsibility for compliance and best practice across all operations and reinforcing a health and safety focused culture. You will also be responsible for the management of site facilities, budget and projects to develop key services and maximise efficiency.

The successful candidate will be an experienced health and safety professional with a strong background in electrotechnical services. You will also be a self-starter with strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.

This role represents an exciting opportunity to work across the health safety and facilities space in a dynamic and growing company, using and developing your skillset as a member of the Panalux management team.

Responsibilities
• Health, safety and facilities management across Panalux UK, Direct Digital UK and Island Studios
• Responsible to the Panalux Board of Directors for maintaining company compliance with Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice
• Championing and promoting occupational Health & Safety at Panalux
• To provide guidance and support internally and externally using Health & Safety and facilities management expertise

Requirements
• Electrotechnical background with an industry recognised qualification
• A relevant Health & Safety qualification (such as NEBOSH or NCRQ Diploma)
• Health & Safety and site management experience within a similar environment (including working with electrical items)
• Team leadership and contractor management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well with a wide range of people
• Drive and enthusiasm with the ability to promote and shape a positive Health & Safety culture
