Health and Safety Officer

Are you a motivated Health and Safety professional looking to join a growing engineering and projects business delivering diverse and interesting construction and logistics projects?

This is a varied role where you will with both on site and office based to support the delivery of long term projects in the Bristol and North Somerset area.

As a Health and Safety Officer, you will be responsible for:
• Support projects from initial conversations through to delivery to ensure we deliver all projects safely and effectively
• Act as QHSE point of contact for all related activities on site
• Support QHSE Manager in the administration and management of all documentation and certifications
• Work closely with clients, customers and internal stakeholders
• Have an on site presence typically in the Bristol/South West area to support the delivery of projects

You will have the following skills and experience:
• A good understanding of Health, Safety and Environment
• NEBOSH certification or similar
• Confident communicator both onsite and with clients
• Hard working and motivated
• Able to think on your feet when projects change last minute

Salary
