M ore about you r role

In this role you will undertake risk assessments, recorded audits and provide health, safety and compliance advice to help colleagues and customers in our Affordable Housing business to live and work safely. You will support the team to deliver continuous improvement, providing ideas to achieve health, safety and compliance of the current working practices whilst making recommendations and leading change throughout.

This role is home based however does include some occasional travel across the UK and the majority of travel will be within the East Anglia area. You will also remain up to date with any changes in legislation / new initiatives / best practice in Health, Safety and Compliance and provide recommendations on areas for improvement.

More About You

This is a brilliant time to be joining the team you will be a dynamic Health and Safety Professional with NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent qualifications (working towards will also be considered) and have ideally a back ground and knowledge of working within the Housing industry to support the needs of the team. You will be flexible in your approach to work and be able to ‘hit the ground running’ with ideas and creativity around the role.
