The Role and Responsibilities:
Supporting the Head of Health & Safety in overseeing compliance with Health and Safety legislation and best practice, through audits, inspections and monitoring
Drive and support a positive Health and Safety culture within our care organisation providing day to day Health and Safety advice to the business
You will be involved with carrying out accident investigations, risk assessments, and provision of training
You will continually identify where improvements can be made, by identifying trends and putting necessary actions in place
Support with the review and implementation of policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legislation
You will have a positive, proactive approach to your work, with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a great team with some influential individuals with an opportunity to build some meaningful relationships
Requirements:
It is essential you have the NEBOSH General Certificate at minimum
Strong verbal communication skills, can establish excellent working relationships with clients
Comfortable with home working and capable of managing own workload
Driving licence, happy to travel regionally
Experience working in a multi-site industry would be advantageous

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
