As the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Manager you will be the ambassador for change management and a key part of the ISS UK aim to be the world’s greatest service provider.
Key responsibilities
Demonstrate enthusiasm across your area of responsibility creating a positive culture driving down accidents and raising awareness.
Maintain further development of Integrated Management System.
Undertaking audits, risk assessments and establish safe working procedures as necessary.
Provision of advice on current and forthcoming HSEQ related legislation.
Troubleshooting, HSEQ and welfare related problems.
Oversee the provision of information, and in all areas of HSEQ.
Assisting or undertaking accident investigations.
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
A Health and Safety and ideally Environmental qualification (NEBOSH diploma or equivalent level 6, Environmental qualification level 3 minimum).
Previous experience working within HSEQ ensuring compliance in the FM, building services or related industry sector.
Experience of an Integrated Management System (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.) for storage and organisation of company procedures and reference documentation.
IT literate with knowledge of MS Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of seniority.
