Provide dedicated administrative support to a Mitie team to ensure effective and efficient operation as directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent administrative service.
Main Duties
Efficient clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to:
Team stationery supplies
Purchase Orders & invoicing
Travel and Hotel Bookings
Meet, greet and escort visitors, coordinating meeting room and other requirements
IT equipment management and records keeping
Act as the central contact for the team, fielding and redirecting calls where required
Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and maintained in an orderly and timely manner
Assist in the distribution of communication material and presentations
Any other requirements of Line Manager
