Job Scope:
To support the Head of Production & EHS Manager with administration and practical record keeping of duties enabling the business to be compliant, safe and delivering EHS policies. Assisting Head of Production & Team leaders with shopfloor checks on Housekeeping, Waste management actions and any communication cascades – including Toolbox talks and other activities. Support Head of Production with weekly & monthly record & measurements required for HR, Sales or Finance processes.
To represent the company in a professional manner, displaying teamwork and correct attitude towards external visitors, clients and colleagues.

Demonstrated experience in tracking and reporting EHS performance

Key Tasks
Assist Head of Production& EHS Manager with communications of activities, cascades or other administration for business requirements.
Support Production, EHS & Maintenance with monthly schedules of planned activities to assist management of the site & efficient production.
Record & check Departmental Audits ensuring they are actioned and closed off.
Daily checks of waste segregation and correct disposal – support Team leaders with
Checking Risk Assessments, working with Operations team to ensure they are up to date and any corrective measures are actioned.
Checking Personal Protective Equipment compliance throughout the shopfloor.
Ensuring PPE supply and requirements are fully stocked.
Fire Extinguisher, Fire Board & Fire Exit checks – ensure they have been done and are up to date.
Daily First Aid Room inspection to ensure it is tidy and if any inventory needs replacing.

To endeavour to adhere to the Company’s Environmental Policy and action plans.
