We are looking for professional, competent and enthusiastic people who are able to communicate well at all levels, with the ability to cope with a demanding workload.
Your role will involve: Health and Safety Regulation in local authority enforced premises; event safety; accident investigation; legal proceedings; along with various public health duties, including caravan parks, skin piercing registrations and private water supplies.
Applications are invited from candidates with a Degree or Masters in Environmental Health, ideally with experience as an Environmental Health Officer working in the field of health and safety. However, applications from recently qualified candidates will also be welcomed.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to work, and a solution focused outlook.
