The role
The purpose of this position is to project manage and deliver the Regenda Group’s Fire Safety Major Works programme, and to ensure work is delivered safely and on time to the required standard, meeting all legislative and statutory requirements. You will also work within the Building Safety Team and promote a culture of safety and compliance on all work streams and throughout the organisation.
We are searching for candidates who possess a positive, ‘can do’ attitude along with demonstrable, significant experience in the delivery of complex multi-property upgrade programmes. You will have a strong construction and building technology knowledge with a good understanding of current standards and best practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the management of contractors on occupied sites inclusive of performance and health and safety. Fire compliance / engineering experience and knowledge would be advantageous.
