Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
Provide prompt technical support to customers requesting repairs or returns and liaise with other applicable departments on customer service and repair issues.
Ensure that the customer is satisfied with the level of service provided by Master Flo.
Coordinate activities and procedure development within the QHSE department.
Work with senior management on business ideas to improve company performance.
Responsible for implementing and complying with the requirements of the company’s QHSE policies and procedures, as well as UK and EU legislation.
In order to support the Production and Service facility the incumbent may be required to carry out other duties as required by management.
Holds authority to stop any job that is deemed to be unsafe and report this to senior management.
Duties Include:
Assist Corporate / Senior Management with developing Master Flo policy on QHSE issues.
Manage QHSE systems per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (latest editions).
Carry out ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal audits.
Ensure that Master Flo’s QHSE policies are known and upheld within the company.
Ensure all QHSE functions (CCR’s, NCDR’s, CARs, audits etc.) are completed professionally, correctly and in a timely fashion.
Ensure QHSE systems are robust, user friendly and audited internally in line with system requirements.
Enhance Master Flo’s reputation through improvement of HSE and Quality performance including FPAL ratings.
Assist with Corporate Learning Management System.
Create and coordinate QHSE training schedule.
Drive QHSE training of all staff to raise competence to required level.
Control Risk Assessment system and carry out risk assessments ensuring management and employees are involved.
Ensure all accidents or near miss incidents are recorded.
Carry out vendor audits with assistance from appropriate departments as necessary.
Control vendor approvals with Purchasing.
Assist Corporate Supply Chain with updating approved vendor list, including locating UK/European vendors to ensure quality is maintained.
Analyze and report on various trends relating to processes, e.g., Late delivery, Client feedback.
Liaise with document control and set targets for SDR closure.
Maintain Non Conformance / corrective action system.
Control of QHSE records and their archiving.
Assist sales with contract review, e.g., establish quality levels for projects, bids and sales orders.
Maintain QHSE controlled standards.
Assist with QA queries from all departments (as required).
Maintaining personnel’s training files.
Control COSHH records.
Participate in HSE internal inspections.
Qualifications:
Professional qualification in for example QA, HSE or Business Management.
5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing / QHSE environment would be beneficial.
Previous experience working in a supervisory role would be advantageous.
Knowledge of API 6A/API 17D equipment.
Solid work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Working knowledge of computers and software systems.
Valid driving licence.
