We are looking for a Front of House / Facilities Assistant to be based full time at our Bristol office.

About the role:
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for front of house and back office support at our Bristol office. This will include reception duties, facilities and administrative support for staff and visitors such as travel bookings, stationary requests, post and deliveries, health and safety , facilities tasks and meeting room support.

This is a great opportunity to work in a busy front of house environment, where you will be responsible for the following:
• To support the facilities and front of house function for the Bristol office, ensuring communal areas and meeting rooms are properly laid out
• Supporting in the operation of contracts across offices, dealing with supplier invoices and purchase requisitions
• You will maintain the Office Administration handbook and ensure compliance with office procedures
• You will be involved in all aspects of office refurbishment, maintenance, and expansion projects, liaising with staff and external contractors whilst on site
• To act as first point of contact for new starters including induction, access control, and health and safety matters

We’re looking for someone with:
• A passion for customer service with the ability to handle queries in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
• Front of house / reception experience is required, and experience of facilities management is desirable
• Fantastic communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Organised and able to use initiative to manage priorities
• To problem solve, and be calm, under pressure
