We are looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team. In this role, your overarching responsibility is to provide general support to the global Safety Team, to assist with the wider goals of supporting the business to maintain compliance with all relevant procedures and legislative requirements.
The Health and Safety Coordinator should have excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen
attention to detail, and impeccable IT skills.
The role will work alongside all members of the team to assist with the management and coordination of
safety throughout TCEG and would suit somebody at the beginning of a Health and Safety career, with
opportunities for additional growth, company sponsored training, and progression for the right candidate.
What will you be doing …
- Assisting the Safety Team with the maintenance, review and ongoing improvement of all safety
documents, procedures and processes - Maintaining the training records, booking and scheduling relevant courses, and assisting with the
creation of training materials - Assisting with the creation of regular reports and business updates
- Assisting in the development and update of internal guidance and information for employees and
suppliers to better inform each of the Health & Safety expectations of the business - Coordinating and communicating health and safety activities throughout the business
- Supporting the Safety Team with administrative tasks in relation to ongoing projects, including
creating safety plans and risk assessments for project activities - Support the development and dissemination of internal communications
- Creation and communication of audit reports including the maintenance of action plans for any
required - Supporting with on-site safety duties alongside the wider Safety Team
- Support the Office Team with maintaining health and safety compliance across TCEG facilities
- Maintaining the incident management system and assisting with the categorisation and reporting of
incidents - Reflecting the agency’s values and culture
- Actively promote TCEG’s services internally & externally
