Full Job Description

We are currently looking for an individual to work with our industry leading client based in Hoddesdon to complete some general administration work on a full-time basis.

Within this role you will be working Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 with a pay rate of £12.89 per hour (which is inclusive of your basic pay – £11.50 per hour as well as your holiday – £1.39).

The main duties for the role will consist of the below:

Oversee the scheduling and tracking of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.

  • Monitor fleet performance using telematics and GPS tracking systems.
  • Ensure all vehicles have up-to-date licenses, insurance, and necessary certifications.
  • Manage fuel usage, track fuel expenses, and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Handle accident and incident reporting, liaising with insurance providers for claims processing.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national transport regulations, including health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain driver records, licenses, and certifications, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare compliance reports, conduct internal audits, and support external audit processes.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce fleet policies and procedures.
  • Assist in driver training and ensure adherence to company safety and compliance standards.

Please note we are looking for an individual who is computer literate, able to work independently as well as good with communicating with others.

The chosen candidate will also need to drive to get to and from the place of work.

Please note this role would be an immediate start.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
