The HSE Learning Summit Europe Heads to Prague This November
The Global Series returns to Prague in November 2026 and is designed to build a community of learning, elevate skills and unlock new perspectives, all with the aim of supporting you to make meaningful impact. The events from the Global Series provide a forum for world-class transformational and future leaders to learn, collaborate, and share insights to transform the world of work.
The programme combines keynote addresses, workshops, roundtables, masterclasses and structured networking. Organisers say the single-stream format is intended to help delegates take part in a shared conversation, while breakout activities will create opportunities to examine specific challenges in greater depth. Sessions will operate under the Chatham House Rule, allowing participants to use information from discussions without identifying individual speakers.
What will feature at this year’s event
Artificial intelligence will feature prominently throughout the agenda. Roundtable discussions will consider how AI and digitalisation are transforming process safety management, EHS technology, recruitment, training and professional roles. An AI-curated “Pulse Connect & Exchange” format will also match delegates for focused conversations around shared priorities, challenges and innovations.
Other confirmed speakers include Margaret Heffernan, author and professor of practice at the University of Bath; Dan Hulme, chief AI officer at WPP and chief executive of Satalia and Conscium; Jim Rafferty of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners; Rob Brewster, chief executive of GoFormz; Nuno Marques Peirico of Veolia; Remy Wierenga of Refresco; and Tim Eldridge of JLL.
Afternoon masterclasses will explore listening-led leadership and ethical decision-making, followed by workshops and a panel connecting HSE professionals with operational leaders. Day one will close with reflection, a drinks reception and a gala dinner for attendees. The schedule also includes a Shift & Share session, designed to introduce solution partners selected around attendees’ challenges and encourage fast, practical conversations across the wider delegation community.
The summit is supported by an advisory council representing organisations including Hager Group, GKN Automotive, Wieland Group, Sulzer, Hitachi Energy, Bakelite Synthetics, Bleckmann, Kerry, Ecolab and Refresco. Their involvement reflects the event’s emphasis on content shaped by issues raised within the profession.
